Knicks to Ditch Orange Jerseys Tonight

Image

The fans have spoken. While the Knicks had planned on wearing their new orange alternate jerseys for all weekend home games, the team will reportedly be wearing White tonight (the normal home uniform) against the Atlanta Hawks. The Knicks are 0-6 this season when wearing their orange jerseys, and as the losses have piled up, fans (and even players) have begun to complain. If the team truly is wearing white tonight… we might have a chance.

Tickets for tonight’s game start at $18, with 100’s-level seats starting at $45.

Pre-Game: Knicks vs Pacers

      Image

The Knicks will wrap up their season series with Indiana today at the Garden. Tipoff is scheduled for 3:30 (meaning the game will probably start at 3:45). With the Knicks needing only 1 more win or 1 more Pacers loss to clinch the 2 seed, the stakes of this game are fairly low. However, the Knicks have lost 2 straight to Indiana, and tying the season series would give them more confidence heading into a potential second-round matchup with these Pacers. The Pacers are a very physical team, and with an injured front line, the Knicks will have a tough time matching the Pacers down low. To win this game, the Knicks will need to hit their shots and keep their composure.
