JR Smith Fined by NBA for Shoelace Shenanigans

After being given a warning by the NBA after untying Shawn Marion’s shoes in Sunday’s game, JR Smith went for Greg Monroe’s shoes on Tuesday night. Smith has been fined 50 thousand dollars.
